Form to request approval to have a home business
If you have Microsoft Word on
your PC, download bizfrm.zip. When the download completes, open the zip file
and save the file inside, ‘HomeBusinessApplicationGC2A.dot’ to your ‘My
Documents’ folder or wherever you prefer.
If you double click the template, you will be able to fill in the
blanks, using the tab key to move from one fill-in area to the next. The document will expand to accommodate the
amount of explanation you need to type in.
When completed, you can print a copy and mail it to:

or you can save the file
(‘File > SaveAs’) and email it to the Board of Directors as an email
attachment.
If you don’t have Microsoft
Word on your PC, link to the form(in html)
and use the print tool button at the top of your browser to print a blank copy
of the form. You can fill this in by
hand or typewriter and mail to the address above or answer the questions on the
form using your own format if you prefer.
The form is simply a tool to
make it easy for you to provide the Architectural Control Committee the
information they need to determine if you should be allowed to have a home
business and if there need to be any restrictions on the business
activity. Feel free to provide
additional information if you believe it would help in making a determination
and don’t be restricted by the form.
